Sauna & Whirpool EN

The infra-sauna and whirlpool are located in the indoor garden of our Fitness Center. The whirlpool will accommodate 4 adults, and the sauna has room for a maximum of 3 guests. Guests should always wear a swimsuit when using the sauna and whirlpool.

On Sundays the infra-sauna & whirlpool are reserved for hotel guests only.

It is recommended that guests reserve a time for participation in the activities offered at the Fitness Center at the reception desk. Weekend dates please reserve at least two days in advance.

Price includes towels, spa slippers and bathrobe.

Interesting facts about the infra-sauna

• The infra-sauna has a lower temperature than most common saunas. The temperature difference is about 45 degrees Celsius. The maximum amount of time allowed for infra-sauna use is 45 minutes. Thanks to the lower temperature of the infra-sauna it is suitable for use by those who can't use common saunas.
• The infra-sauna burns calories, helps to lose weight, improves blood circulation, stimulates the cardiovascular system, relieves pains in muscles and joints, eliminates toxins, improves skin, enhances the immune system, and reduces stress and fatigue.
• Infrared heat has the same characteristics as solar heat; therefore you need not be reluctant to use the infra-sauna.
• The infra-sauna became a hit at Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, where athletes used it for quick regeneration.
