Notes:
- all prices include VAT
- the breakfast buffet is included in the room charge
- parking at the hotel is free of charge - limited capacity
- for accommodation in additional rooms, a charge is made for each room separately
- for guests staying in Modena, the double occupancy rate is valid only when one bedroom is used
- negotiated prices are available for extended-stay guests and for guests that visit on a frequent basis
- advance payment for groups: While booking 8 or more rooms we require the order in written and the advance payment of 25% of the price at least 14 days before the stay begins, unless agreed otherwise. Refund of the advance payment is possible only in case of cancellation at least 14 days before the stay begins.
